Spot on! Phoned at work to see if they have a battery to fit my van, they did and said I could come after work so it could be fitted, this wasn't a normal change over, my car battery was under the seat which was more difficult, nevertheless it was fitted in no time, Halfords refused to fit my battery due to where it was situated, not with checkpoint autostores, I will recommend this firm to my family and friends

I phoned to check they had a windscreen wiper in stock which they did. Excellent customer care and friendly service instore. My new wiper was fitted for me. I highly recommend Checkpoint West Kirby

Absolutely fantastic service from the team in West Kirby. I rang up yesterday stressed out my mind as my car battery was dead and wouldn?t charge. Within a 10 minute turn around, a very helpful guy (sorry, I don?t know your name!) was on my path with a diagnostics kit. 20 mins later I had a new brand new (better) battery, installed and working perfectly. He even topped my screen wash up and checked my lights as my MOT is due tomorrow. Went above and beyond, couldn?t recommend more. Thank you for such an easy transaction. 10/10

Ciaran has provided the most friendly, patient and amazing service over the last couple of weeks replacing a very awkward fuse for me (twice!) I couldn?t recommend any more highly - nothing was too much trouble. A lovely local shop who go that extra mile.
