This used to be my go to place to get my car cleaned, it was always immaculate and I always tipped because I was delighted with the service, but after the last few times I won't be returning. I understand people can have off days but 3 times in a row I've been disappointed, they charged me £28 for washing outside and cleaning inside but left so many things undone or done badly. My floor mats were soaked but still had stains, the dash interior was streaky and the last couple of times I've also had issues with dirt residue left on the car.I didn't recognise any of the people working there today so can only assume it's changed hands and not for the better. Such a shame.

Completely pointless trip here today. Went for mini valet. Got halfway around and they told me they couldn?t do it as they were busy. They only got busy after I got there. Paid £15 for a half washed car. Avoid. Go somewhere professional.

This place is a disgrace! Should have called themselves Nevershine Hand Car Wash! After, paying for a full valet the car was still unclean, door storage not even cleared (kids sweet wrappers)Shocking service and all three of them were inept. This place is awful. Do not take your car here. I've just returned home and noticed it is still dirty! Especially the wheels. What a waste of £10. The third time I've been (over the years), I thought I'd give it another chance but it was the worst of all! It has reminded me why I started cleaning the car myself. There's not enough guys working there, and the ones that are just done care. Tried to call the number online but the number is not in use apparently - hence the review. Absolute waste of my time and money - NEVER AGAIN. The only car wash that is consistent seems to be the one in Rock Ferry, plus its cheaper.

I have been going to this company to have my car valeted for a long time. I have previously been really pleased with the results. However, yesterday I was so disappointed. The prices have increased massively but as the service has previously been so good, I didn't mind. The valet took no more than about 10 minutes and the quality of the clean was appalling. The men doing the valet were rude. I will not go there again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Just been here. This is one of the worst car washes I have experienced. I did this to save time but I will have to do it myself. The car is still dirty. These guys need to take pride and do a good job not think of how many cars they can half wash. Do not go here.

Tried charging me £15 for a basic wash in which took no longer than 5 minutes. After telling him no chance, he reduced it to £10.I won?t be returning to this Car Wash.

Had my car cleaned here charged me £28 for mini valet they didn?t wash the car properly there still dirt on the lower parts of the plastics and the boot didn?t clean tyres off or even but and tyre shine on and took them 10 minutes if that it?s gone down hill massively and way over charging for what they do overall not impressed with the work

Went to this space for the first time this weekend only for two pairs of sunglasses to have been stolen from the car! They were 100% there when I arrived and stupidly went to take cash from the cash machine at the garage. later on, reached for my sunglasses to find they weren't there. My girlfriends sunglasses were also taken from the passenger door bin.

Overcharged for washing a fiesta, charged £10 instead of £8 when previously, a fiesta was classed as a small car. The windowscreen was left with dirty smears on it and the chrome on the car hadn't been cleaned.Save your cash, go to a better car wash place.shame as this place used to be good value, not anymore.Services: Polishing
