Argos is planning to start a new digital shop in Folkestone in the coming month and is planning to employ 15 people.
The store is set to start operations starting from 22nd March in Sainsbury in Park Farm Road, thereby allowing its customers to choose from a wide range.
After Sainsbury took over Home Retail Group, the parent company of Argos, this decision was taken in a bid to help customers at their convenience.
By combining both Argos and Sainsbury, the management is of the idea that the convenience among customers will increase owing to the different channels in which they can shop.
Also, customers will get to choose from a wide range of products, thereby making it the largest non-food retailer in the UK.
As per Alan Jarvis, who manages the Folkestone West Park Farm store of Sainsbury, Sainsbury has been catering to the needs of the customers since several years now and they are delighted to welcome Argos on-board and customers will have a wider range to choose from.
This is excellent for customers who need to shop conveniently and with more products to choose from, at highly competitive prices under a single roof, customers are bound to benefit.
With thousands of products available immediately and 20,000 products that can be picked from the store within a few hours or can be ordered for home delivery, the Argos store will become a favorite among shoppers.
It is also a collection point for eBay, where buyers can collect what they have purchased or can ask Argos to have it delivered to them.
With this, it will be the third operational store of Argos in Folkestone area.
