Junction Nine Retail Park will be hosting a new store

In the Junction Nine Retail Park, there will be a new furniture store opening.

The popular chain, known as Oak Furniture Land, will be open in Warrington and you can pick from a variety of 20 options.

Oak Furniture Land will be opening its ninth showroom with Junction Nine Retail Park and it will be creating employment opportunities for 7 people.

Previously known as Alban Retail Park, this change comes as a multi-million pound redevelopment. You would also have read about how Pets at Home was planning to move to the Winwick Road premises from their existing Birchwood Shopping Center.

For the new openings of eight people at the Warrington Site, nearly 90 people applied. Ever since the start of this project in 2012, Derwent Construction Limited was responsible for redeveloping this space.

A few popular companies such as Subway, Iceland, Mothercare and Home Bargains have already moved in to the retail park and are carrying out their operations. Nando's is also planning to open a branch there along with the piri-piri chicken restaurant. The branch is likely to open in the coming year.

Although there are multiple floor spaces available and vacant in the retail park, we have learnt that they are in active talks with large brands.
