An absolutely stunning couple of days, thank you. We ate, drank, swam, had massages and just a fantastic break. The food wqs incredible, and everyone is so friendly. Ryan Gotts is worth a special mention. An absolute credit to Barnham Broom ?

Such a lovely place. So so easy to book by telephoning the Hotel?s Main Reception. We were made to feel welcome by the front of house staff from the off, even accommodating our request to sit near the window. The food was exceptional, mains were beautifully presented and just the right amount served. Perfect in every way! Desserts were the same. All praise to the lady chef!! Julie must get a HUGE mention, she was exceptional in the service she gave to us on both evenings we ate there, really friendly, taking the time to chat about the area and championing The Brasserie. Well done, we will be back ??

The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in and shown to our table that the waiter had chosen for us which was a lovely booth tucked away in a quaint corner of the restaurant the atmosphere was lovely and even though it was a busy evening you could still hear yourself speak. Then the food arrived and it was amazing along with the wine and our waitress was a joy and was very friendly and joined in with the banter which was very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone

I decided to surprise my daughter and take her for a deluxe spa break . We couldn?t fault the afternoon tea and massages at the spa these were brilliant . We were very excited about our evening meal but left feeling very deflated . On arrival no staff told us what we could have with our package, we received the wrong drinks menu. After around 20 minutes someone finally came over and asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered and asked for tap water too . One of the drinks arrived but the water and other one never did so we had to find a young bar man who was rushing about and ask him . He was lovely and went and got them for us . After a long time of waiting bread and something in a little pot was plonked on our table , no explanation what it was , we thought we had got someone else?s starter . Finally we ordered our starters it was lovely but no spoon for my daughters soup so again we had to search for staff , plates took absolutely ages to be collected, mains came finally after 1.5 hours. It was lovely but the atmosphere was bad as other customers were getting fed up of waiting too. Finally got dessert and after we finished we sat patiently waiting for our plates to be taken and bill given ,as a lot on the menu which we liked you had to pay extra for .I thought this was ridiculous thinking back how much this break had cost me . After staff walking past us and ignoring us and the empty plates I had had enough and went to find someone to put it on our room bill . This experience was not the lovely bday treat I had expected for my daughters 21st disappointing is an understatement!!!

Service was very good and attentive. Food was ok but got the impression it was designed to cater for large numbers. When we were there they had a wedding and anniversary party on the go as well as a couple of large groups of golfers. Could get a bit noisy. Almost like they need a separate area for couples/small parties.

Came to Barnham Broom for a meal, to celebrate my brothers 80th birthday. From the time we walked in to the time we left, excellent service, a warm welcome from Ryan, and fantastic service from lily, Who made sure my brother enjoyed the night, to finish the evening off, a birthday slate with happy birthday on it and chocolates, Thank you Ryan, Lily and Tempany for a lovely evening. I was invited for afternoon tea with my friends at Barnham Broom and I was very impressed with the service, the food was amazing and the lady who served us was very friendly and professional. I?m sure the lady?s name who served us was Rowan, I remember her name as it?s unique. Overall we all had a wonderful time and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

We had a lovely dinner at the Brasserie this evening . The food was very good, the restaurant was warm and stylish. Wendy our server was welcoming, friendly and super attentive. There were great options for me as a vegetarian and best of all the food was piping hot. Definitely we will visit again when we are in the area. Thank you to Wendy and the chef!

My Wife and I booked a 1-30 sitting for the Christmas Lunch . We were welcomed with a friendly greeting and enjoyed a pleasant pre lunch drink at the bar.. The food was good but the staff made the big difference with their friendly and relaxed attitude making the experience extremely enjoyable . Thanks to all involved.

It was extremely cold in the restaurant, my colleagues and myself had our coats on all evening. Brownie was rock solid, we couldn't eat it. To make it worse, they charge me 3 times for the same drink. Will never go there again and I will never recommend it to anyone

I had booked to play golf and decided before I spend 4 hours in the Norfolk countryside, zig zagging around the fairways, I would need a hearty breakfast. I was not disappointed! From the first class welcome by Dana and warm and cosy decor, I was not disappointed. Also a fantastic view over the golf course, really got me in the mood for my day ahead. There is a continental buffet that you help yourself too, porridge cooked to order and a full hot menu with all the classics you would expect to see in a top notch restaurant. I went for the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and it did not disappoint. Set me up for a brilliant day ahead and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Barnham Broom.

Wouldn?t return out of choice. Staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and at times, rude. This isn?t a reflection on all staff as a couple of them were lovely. Food was extremely average. Have been to Barnham Broom a few times in the past and have found it the same every time

Poor quality food when serving up to a room all at the same time. There?s few places that get this right. My only previous dealings with here were; doing my golf lessons here which were ok up until a recent injury, staying here for my friends wedding where we stayed two nights in 2018 and using the Sports Bar. The venue is ok, we did think drinks were extortionate, £7.50 for a glass of Prosecco. We did have to query a round when 5 drinks came to £51, only to find out we?d been overcharged, which they did put right.
