Impeccable service from counter staff to Pharmacist. I dropped in on a Friday afternoon prior to a Bank Holiday weekend with potential ear infection. I was seen by the friendly pharmacist Carenza immediately who advised of my course of treatment. I 100% recommend the services they offer and was so much easier than contacting the Drs for this particular case.

No communication regarding when my prescription had arrived. Told me my item was out of stock and they couldn't get it, ever. Seemed to have an issue with my name. When I went to collect my refund, told me my item had been in the pharmacy for 2 days. Again, no communication.Please go elsewhere!

Cromer Pharmacy were really helpful when I was ill recently and couldn?t get to the pharmacy, they are also both professional and friendly

They have great systems in place for queuing. Unfortunately they sometimes get the medicines mixed up or dont dispense whats required

I am visiting Cromer & asked my GP surgery to transfer an electronic prescription to Cromer Pharmacy so I could pick it up. I was told on the phone that they wouldn't have one of my medications in stock, which was weird. When I arrived there were 2 people standing at the desk & 5 people waiting in the queue. I became the 6th. I could hear a woman behind the counter saying "I can't take much more of this" & "I can't do this anymore" which was loud. Everyone could hear it. 10 minutes ticked by & the people waiting at the desks were eventually served, it was slow & painful to watch. By this time there were another 5 or 6 people behind me & several people had had enough & walked away. The woman who had been loudly complaining behind the counter then started discussing where "K Hardware" was (near Bond Street if you're interested). Another staff member exclaimed "SHUT UP" & "GO AWAY" each time the phone rang. I was in a lot of pain as we reached the 15 minute point as I have a back injury. The people who were now at the front were turned away as their prescriptions weren't ready when they should have been. Overall the staff gave an extremely unprofessional impression, they seemed very flustered & incompetent & totally unaware that the open counter meant that patients could hear literally everything they said. As we reached the 20 minute point I had to leave as my pain was almost unbearable. I didn't expect they'd have my prescription ready even if I did manage to wait it out anyway so I decided to leave. I'll try elsewhere.
