Very pleased with our flooring from Tapi - 5 bedrooms and 3 stair flights with winders in carpet and hard flooring in breakfast room. Great advice and help selecting from Mark in Cromer store, with good price offer. Very efficient house survey from Steven. Fitters Scott, Nick & Finn were very helpful and tidy and finished the job as planned timescale. Would not hesitate to recommend all for a great job.

I recently purchased LVT flooring for my daughters bedroom from Tapi in Cromer. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with Mark and Sandra, I wanted to sing their praises. Both were very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. Mark was so knowledgeable! I've even gone back to purchase a carpet for my stairs! Great team that are worth their weight in gold!

Nick came to fit carpet in three bedrooms today. He did a fantastic job and was incredibly helpful as he had to work around the beds, nothing was too much trouble. The finish is excellent- I would definitely recommend ordering from Tapi Cromer.

Order LVT and scotia for my kitchen from Tapi. Scotiabank was delayed, but picked up the flooring with Scotia to be picked up at a later date.Kitchen fitters laid the flooring but it was clear that there was an issue with the floor as despite being from the same batch, the packs were two slightly different colours.Tapi had somebody sent round the same day to inspect and offered a replacement. We asked for a refund, which was given upon returning the floor to the Cromer store.Mark was very helpful throughout and helped us to reach a good outcome. Can't speak for the scotia as we never got round to picking it up!

First class service from showroom to fitting. Sandra in the showroom was really helpful in helping me pick my carpet & kept me fully updated on the progress of my order. Carpet was fitted perfectly & looks really beautiful in my lounge. Highly recommend tapi's for their service & quality of carpets.
