I phoned about Bretts patio slabs and had a very rude man called Ian saying they don't do Bretts. Which I found rather odd as we had been given a Brett's brochure by a more pleasant staff member a few weeks ago. All he had to do was pleasantly say sorry we are having problems getting those slabs Another lost customer!
