Pity couldn?t give zero stars, ordered a delivery to Hopton Haven site, gave insulin to my type 1 daughter 10 mins before delivery time as driver phoned to say he was down the road and couldn?t find us, gave him directions and a map, 30 mins later he?s still not turned up and when called said he was dumping our food at the arcade 15 min walk away! My daughter is now chugging Sugar Coke as her blood glucose is plummeting and she?s had her insulin but no food delivered! Called the restaurant to ask what?s happening and was told tough! No care at all!!!

Rude and arrogant ended up getting my order wrong when I phoned and told them they tried telling me to deal with it but I carried on they ended up saying they would replace it when they came back the food they asked for back was snatched out of my partners hand and the other food practically thrown at her will 100% never order from here again and will erg anyone not to either

Will never order again ! , gave me mouldy pizza and when tried to ring them they was very rude and tried to say he would make me another pizza . I explained that I don?t want that I would like a refund and now they won?t return any calls and according to them ?the boss isn?t here ? and hung the phone up multiple times . Shocking

Food is satisfactory and more than can be said for the lady on the phone? total was more than on ?just eat? but when queried lady laughed and said ?wouldn?t think so they charge more? she then tried to add up again and took 4 pounds off asking ?is that alright? don?t think working in takeaways are for you if you lack basic knowledge in maths

Do not order or eat from this place! Raw chicken served! Called the shop, manager was on the phone and not really bothered. Wouldn't issue a refund. Wanted to send out the order again.... why would I want to eat that again....

Absolutely brilliant the pizza was really tasty and the chicken wings and onion rings were lovely and crispy. Everything tasted so good. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

In a city filled with hunger, my stomach craved a feast, A deep dish pizza, rich and grand, to tame the growling beast. I found a joint with quite a rep, their pies the stuff of lore, But little did I know, my friend, what fate had held in store. I phoned to place my order, my voice a hopeful lilt, "A deep dish pizza, please, my friend, with toppings to the hilt!" The order in, I waited, my tastebuds all a-tingle, Anticipating joy and bliss, my senses intermingle. A knock upon my door resounds, my heart begins to flutter, I open up the box to find, a sight that makes me mutter. A pizza, yes, but thin as rizzla, naught like what I'd sought, A cruel joke, a prankster's hoax, my dreams brought down to naught. I grabbed the phone, quite irked and vexed, to voice my strong complaint, "This pizza's not the one I sought, my hunger it won't sate!" The voice replied, incredulous, "We've never had a gripe, Our deep dish is perfection, sir, your claim is just pure hype." I browsed the web for answers, and to my great chagrin, A slew of scathing reviews, complaints from fellow kin. Ordered a deep pan. It was a thin so we called up they said no one has ever complained before. I never complain because I work in the industry but the customer service has applauded me. They said no one has ever complained before thank you goodbye without a chance to talk. It's minor issue but the way he spoke was rude. This is is my 'deep pan' pizza

Got all 3 of our pizzas wrong rang up complained they said they would send the right ones for them to not turn up at all and when we rang again they were acting like its the first they have heard of it. 3 and a half hours later I'm sat here hungry because I'm waiting for a pizza that obviously isn't going to turn up. Will never use this place again
