Returned my Galaxy S20 under warranty as battery faulty. They exchanged for another phone the same, Ali very helpful. Back home & saw they had not put my sim card in. I had to drive back at closing time but luckily manager still there. Found my old phone with sim. I've always been happy with Cex but this was a big mistake.

Dropped my iPhone in to exchange with no issues, after doing their ?test?, it was no long charging. They said they had tried to ?clean the charging port? so they have presumably bent the pins.They also did not return the charging cable I gave them with the phone

The staff are an absolute joke, they're rude, no customer service skills, like ripping you off, giving lame excuses not to keep to their warranty. They're always ill. Don't know what they're talking about, they won't accept items that have slight blemishes yet their stock is garbage

Absolutely terrible establishment! The staff are college drop outs who are all in that emo gang, vaping away talking about anime, rude, no customer service, not helpful at all and their warranty is a farce.. they don't do work, they just say it needs factory reseting when it's a speaker issue..

Again a absolutely rubbish service and rude employees I bought a series x from cex Great Yarmouth and it came with a Nintendo hdmi cable went in today and got told basically it is what it is what a joke I think honestly cex should be shut down selling stuff over the new price two years after it has come out im on about the ps5 it is nearly 200 over new price how can you get away with such rip off standards I will be going to trading standards as I feel completely ripped off thanks for nothing cex you have lost a decent customer and I hope u lose many more
