Unfortunately had a bad experience today, went in to get a new battery for an Armani watch I bought their a few years before, and when given back my watch it wasn't working, and the time dial was loose and fell out. Was then given a refund on the battery and told there was nothing they could do. So thanks FHinds for breaking...
