Our family enjoys pizza hut, infact it's my sons favourite place to eat, as he is on the spectrum he finds dining out can be overwhelming, but he really enjoys the atmosphere in pizza hut. He even made me get up and have a little dance with him. (Not something he usually does.) All the staff are kind and attentive. The food is great, the wait time is minimal (another factor we appreciate, as waiting can be a challenge for him) Overall it remains one of or most favourite restaurants.

A warm welcome by waitress Tracey, quickly seated and explaind new ordering which was good because I haven't been in a while. But also gave an option to ordering if we weren't comfortable with app.Kid-friendliness: High chairs were ready to go and crayons with paper was waiting for them. Also the tempting design of the ice-cream factory was easy to get the children seated.

Not the greatest but not the worst, went as last minute meal plan when dinner plans fell through. Food was good and atmosphere was nice, service was amazing lovely young ladies.

It was awful, old, dated, un welcoming , no service to mention , food not up to much pizza was like cardboard ice cream was crystallising not pleasant sald bar was a bit of a concern all open , and you have to pay before you eat a set price £19. Per person, it is a total rip-off because you have a small selection of pizza items, just a horrible experience .

Visited Pizza Hut today for a bit of lunch after shopping over gapton . What a waste of money ! The place itself was dire ; nobody in there about from the odd couple . Was greeted by some woman on the door who was ever so blunt . The poster on the door advertised the buffet but no price . So my friend asked how much it was to be told quite bluntly ? will tell you later once you are sat ? . The buffet was very limited and there was no meat pizzas either . A woman in a nearby booth was choking on her food and the man she was with run over to the same employee to ask for an immediate glass of water and she said ? I will in a bit ? and continued to walk out the back . I couldn?t believe it ; no wonder the place was so dead if you have people like that serving you.

Food tasted very nice. Cooked to perfection and efficiently made. Staff were welcoming and extremely polite throughout the visit.Parking: Plenty of dedicated spaces to cater for all tables
