The member of staff/employee I saw was Casey, and he was incredibly helpful and within a few days it was fixed. As my phone was an older Samsung model, he had to order the screen in, which only took a couple of days and he called me when he could fix it. When he had the screen it only took around 30-45 mins to fix, and he even gave me some advice about a phone case. I would most definitely recommend this shop for any mobile phone/laptop repairs. You will get a professional, friendly and quality service from Casey. Plus there was hand gel for customers to use so all COVID compliant and safe.”
