Extremely professional & helpful opticians. Everything from the initial eye test to choosing new frames was very easy & at no time did we feel rushed. There?s a large selection of frames to suit all pockets & we would especially like to thank Kirstie & Tonya at Dereham for looking after us.

Very professional service at Dereham branch for my eye test and also when collecting my new glasses. can't believe how much my eye sight has improved. All staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Brought my son to the Attleborough branch today for a second opinion and I am so happy I did. Everyone was so kind and it really felt like they were going above and beyond for him. Avneet who did his test was incredible. She took the time to listen to his concerns and reassured him. The lady who did his CT (Sorry I didn't catch her name) was also equally as lovely, and made it fun for him. The reception team were super friendly and even offered him a chocolate at the end for doing so well on his tests. Really brilliant team, thank you.

Excellent customer service, ease of appointment booking and thorough examination, including hearing test. Great help in picking new glasses and recommendations for suitable lenses. Advised glasses would take 10-14 days but they were available within 7. Would fully recommend 5??

I contacted the Holt branch on Tuesday needing an emergency appointment. The staff on reception were real people people and Sally outstanding. I've immediately signed on. Absolutely outstanding service for a nervous customer.

My mum needed earwax removing from her ears, was put on the NHS waiting list but was so desperate decided to go to Cecil Amey in Aylsham. A lovely young lady called Mollie attended my mum and I have to say she was brilliant. She was very attentive and spoke very clearly and loudly to my mum and certainly sorted mums ears out! Mollie was very caring and I highly recommend her 5*****

This is for the Fereham branch (but I expect every location has the same high level of services)
It?s an excellent place for an eye test, frames and lenses - a fully comprehensive service is available, carried out by very skilled, kind and professional staff. I went last week and picked the glasses up today. The range of frames is immense, all styles are available to find a pair that will suit you, there?s also a vast range of lens extras to suit your needs to.
Sallie is amazing, thoughtful, witty and chatty, as was the lady that took me through the process (I didn?t catch your name, sorry) who was extremely professional and caring.
I want to give a big thanks to everyone who helped me and I?ll definitely come back when I need to. Thanks again

My mum had an appointment today at the Dereham branch. There are not enough words of praise for the staff at this branch, outstanding, thorough, patient beyond belief, friendly, caring, helpful and considerate. My mum experiences several medical issues which didn?t make their job easy by any means but they were absolutely first class. Biggest of thanks from us both

Everyone was very friendly, but I'm afraid I cut my hearing test short. A polite young man (old fogey alert) in stained trousers (not a good look) took me through the questions. It was pretty basic, I'd been to Specsavers, and their audiologist was knowledgable and provided useful informations.
The main problem, was the lack of a sound booth. The tests were conducted downstairs and there was constant footsteps from above and the stairs to the extent that I simply couldn't make out the quieter ( critical for assessing needs, surely) beeps. I'm afraid I cut it short, before the end, unable to see how it could possibly provide an accurate assessment.

I visited Cecil Amey?s Norwich branch today and can highly recommend it! All the members of staff were extremely friendly and professional, the eye test was thorough and the optometrist took the time to talk through the ?eye health? results. All Covid measures were in place and I had no concerns. The young man showing me the spectacle frames was happy to bring me a good variety and at no point did I feel rushed. Thank you Cecil Amey.

Cecil Ameys in Dereham is amazing. My grandaughter had such a bad experience at another opticians but you guys were brilliant. Sallie was so friendly and helpful and did everything she could to make my grandaughter feel relaxed and at ease. The optician was caring and very understanding of a 5 year old.
