Absolutely gem! Grate service, with a friendly smile, we just popped in for a drink on a rainy Saturday evening and ended up having a few. Grate atmosphere and one of the best pints of Guinness I've had outside of Ireland!

Had a trip over to Cley to visit a friend so stayed here for a couple of nights with my dog. Really enjoyed my time here - the rooms are great; the service exceptional and the food top-notch too (cracking breakfast!!). I will definitely be booking again in the coming months. The atmosphere in the bar is disarming and casual - no formality over dinner; just a great, relaxing feel to the place. Everyone is made incredibly welcome and requirements are accommodated with no fuss. This place is a really good find - 10/10 on every level.

Absolutely superb place to stay, location is perfect for leisurely walks or travelling slightly further afield. Conveniently located in the village. The hosts are exceptional in both hospitality and cuisine making this one of the best places to stay on the North Norfolk coast.

We have just had a fantastic weekend at The Harnser! Our hosts, Rocco and Rubin (The Frenchies) and Alan and Ronan (Their humans) were brilliant and made my partner, myself and our little dog Molly feel so welcome. The room was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was too. We had a superb evening meal on the second evening of our stay and we both had the Sea Bass Fillet which was cooked to perfection by Alan. The cooked breakfast we had both days was also very good and cooked brilliantly by Ronan. We will definitely be staying here again and can?t recommend it enough and an absolute must for dog lovers. Thanks boys and hope to see you soon!!

Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The food was excellent with generous portions. Two charming French bulldogs to greet us and check that we ate all our delicious breakfast. Thank you Ronan & Alan for a relaxing stay. Margaret & Derek

I read online that it is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays but that is incorrect. It is closed on Tuesdays. The rest of the time the cafe is 11.00 -16.00. Food 12.00-15.00 and 19.00-22.00.If it is busy the food may take a while but is worth the wait. If you are lucky and they have swordfish in, I can definitely recommend it.If you are staying at the windmill there is an allyway that leads straight to the pub in one minute. At night take the torch from your room.

Just had 2 nights at the Harnser with my wife and French bulldog Franco . From the moment we arrived Ronan and Alan made us feel so welcome and couldn?t do enough for us . The breakfast was amazing . Franco was made to feel special as they have 2 lovely frenchies themselves . We can?t wait to go back again as we had such a lovely short break
