We drove to curry's kings Lynn we needed to upgrade our TV, & after speaking with the head store manager Craig Foster on our requirements he personally spent time with us his knowledge was second to none as apparently he was one of the leading curry's TV salesman many years beforeHe showed us a absolutely magnificentSONY 65 INCH OLED A95KThe picture quality was stunning & the TV floated on the standCraig kindly went fetched the boxed TV out on a trolley & helped me load the substantial carton into my vehicle"That's what I call 5 star service"All his, staff seemed very friendly indeed & I even made a comment about one quite elderly dear lady employee still wearing the useless "covid mask" bless her.CURRY'S IN MY HUMBLE OPINIONA flawless buying experience from a professional store head manager other stores take note?????

I've visited the store on three separate occasions and each time have been delighted by the levels of service. The staff are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Shocking service. I ordered and paid for a laptop almost 2 weeks ago. We tried to collect last week, only to be told the post had been delayed. We returned today to collect and we have been told that the product is no longer available?? We had not been contacted or informed. We were told we could exchange for an equivalent. We agreed we would exchange for our original second choice, only to discover that this one had increased in price by over £100 in 2 weeks!! The manager would not price match. Shocking customer service. We have wasted time and energy in this store and still have no computer!!

No customer service at all. Do not expect any help on the phone. All phone numbers go to another company that does repairs and takes up to 20 minutes to answer

We went into Currys looking to buy a steam deck and a remarkable 2. What caused us to buy else where was the fact that it was cheaper to buy directly from the people who made the devices and I heard staff chatting about us and what we were talking about, snickering and making comments. It's super unprofessional and juvenial, Currys used to be a place with professionals and people who knew tech. Now it looks like a playground for the 18-20 year olds to hang and get paid to "educate" customers. Won't ever go back to this store again

The kings lynn branch seems like it run by a bunch of can't be bothered kids. If they spoke to customers it might help. A bunch on unhelpful, miserable looking kids. I wanted a watch which no one knew any about. I went to argos in the end. Poor show currys.

I went into currys to look for a laptop for Christmas. I found it quite odd that there was no price tags on any of the laptops you have to look at the screen as part of the animation. It has the prices on there but the problem was not all laptops were on.

This Curry's is OK, but not as nice as the Norwich one. The choice here is more limited and there aren't as many devices out to try out

I had smashed my phone screen and had read online that if I got a hdmi to USB connector then I might be able to access my phone screen via my laptop in order to transfer my files to a different phone. Went in store and over to the repair desk to ask where I might find the product in mind. The lovely man at the desk (Bradley?) said that he wasn't sure if that would work and proceeded to collect items to trial it instore instead of just selling me the product. He tried several things on several different products before deciding the thing that might help is not stocked in store and that I should be able to find what I need on amazon. No hard sell and a thoroughly nice man. Thanks very much.
