Appalling customer service!! They don't deserve any stars but I guess I have to put at least one. The Saga: One of our recliner switches stopped working after 4 years. In May 2022 an engineer came out to assess the repair needed which was a new switch!! We paid £30 for a new switch 5 weeks later when we were in store and were informed that we would be contacted when it arrived to arrange another engineer visit. After hearing nothing for some weeks we chased several times only to be told time and again that they had supplier issues but would contact us when it arrived!! Once or twice they gave me dates when the part would be arriving with them. These came and went and on enquiry I was fobbed off with the supplier issue excuse. I have rung them this morning to chase yet again and was told the part was ordered on 18/1/23!!!! and that it could be 10 weeks before it is delivered!!! This takes us to almost a year after we first reported the fault. If we treated our customers like that we would no longer be in business. Totally shocking, we'll be looking elsewhere when we need replacements.Writing now at the beginning of Mar 23. Have received a call from DFS to say that the part has been lost at the warehouse and has now been re-ordered. This could take up to 8 weeks to arrive!! How many more excuses will they pull out of their hat? I just hope it is the right part by the time it finally arrives.

I HAVE CONTACTED BBC WATCH DOG very poor quality & after care Service. in shop was good and delivered within a couple of weeks of what they quoted. But quality and after service is rubbish draw in armrest failed after 3 months in July 22 we are still waiting for parts to arrive in feb 23 now seat recliner switch failed and told 17 weeks to get new one but I?m not banking on it. Will never use them again and have contacted BBC watchdog with full story I urge others to do same to show how bad they really are

AWFUL LIARSAWFUL, LEAD-TIMES ARE ALL LIES! ... We have been waiting since 16TH AUG for our sofa!!! Their lead-times are all lies and are just to get the sale through! The manager said we couldn't complain until the sofa arrives, which is just awful service! I will be taking this to the FOS as would've never brought a sofa from them if we were told we would've to wait this long!!! Still no idea if when we will get it....

Avoid this company like the plague!I will be posting my full email dialogue at a later date, but for now, I wanted to briefly share our experience so far using DFS.1. Paid in full in Feb 2021, with staff advising delivery would be 9-11weeks.2. Wrong info, vague follow ups, broken promises.3. Six months later we have receive a damage corner sofa and chair, which will take a further 4 weeks before anyone will look at it.4. Offered 10% discount on the order as compensation?take it or leave it. Or they would simply collect the goods and refund the order.Absolutely disgusting service from a company this size. Watch this space for full dialogue of emails?.they really have no clue what?s happening with suppliers and orders DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

Customer services rubbish 4 cancelled appointments from service team various excuses as for manager grant arrogant rude bad mannered no respect for elderly customers quick to push blame on to matt for everything if could would give them zero stars across board take your money and don't want to know

Staff are very helpful and cheerful. Our sales rep had just started that day but she was very well organised and knowledgeable. Clearly the staff training is of a very high standard. Highly recommended

Had a small issue after a delivery over the bank holiday.Spoke with the customer service team and they arrange a specialist to come out the following day.The issue has been resolved promptly and professionally.
