I went to this store in kings lynn today to see about a repair on a Nintendo switch but they don?t do repairs but the 2 guys in there looked at the console and sorted it out for me and it wasn?t any trouble for them. For this reason I would 100% recommend going to this store purely for the 5 star customer service! Awesome lads and can?t thank you enough!

I prefer Cex but GAME still has a good game stock for newer consoles.

Went in store to purchase Pokemon card booster packs, after not seeing any on display I asked the staff member behind the counter. I was given 1 word answers to all my questions and the staff member was more interested in talking to their friend.I wouldn't shop here unless I was desperate for a particular item I couldn't find online. The staff member I interacted with had zero interest in serving me and little knowledge of product they sell.

Up to this weekend we loved the shop.September last we bought headphones and an extended warranty. The Jack broke in two so we used it.The new set broke as they were plugged in.I spoke to a guy I think was a manager and he said no problem and to bring them in at the weekend. If they didn?t have exact ones he could have a different set.They know my son has a hidden disability, he went in at the weekend but the guy said no refund. He claimed the manufacturer warranty was void along with the extended warranty.My son threw the headphones in the bin outside the store.He struggles with organisation and changes to how he expects things to happen.At 16 he is way behind others his age in his ability to reason and deal with situations.I feel concerned that the staff member took advantage of my son. I had taken him in and they would have heard me making sure he knew what he was doing before I left for my appointment.Obviously if he had not binned them we could have sorted this as I am sure the manager would have kept his word.We are both annoyed at loosing the headphones which were not the cheapest set.I am posting this review to warn others.It was a faulty product and simply was plugged in, it should not have broken so easily.Game was one of the few shops I trusted my son to go in alone as they had always been excellent with him.This had broken that trust and my sons confidence has been shattered.He finds it difficult to speak to people and this has put him back quite a way.Edited to add, I have now been told via email that the staff member I spoke to remembers our conversation differently. It was the store manager and he claimed I did not tell him the nature of the fault. I certainly did and even asked if any others people had brought the product back with the same broken Jack issue. He said not to his knowledge.The item broke when plugged in. It is supposed to cope with reasonable use. It?s was less than two weeks old and covered by the manufacture warranty.

Shocking manager !! Iâ??ll never go into this store again . Completely rude and unhelpful and after being given a price he did not honour it . So much much for customer service. Iâ??ve never met such a slimy unhelpful manager as he is ! Iâ??m a manager of a shop and Iâ??d NEVER let my staff treat customers in that why let alone me as a manager!! Disgusting!
