Really nice dresses BUT most of them zips all broken when asking if any other dresses with better zips staff was rude and said no there old dresses there just preloved! 60 for dress that doesn't do up no thank you made to feel awkward when asking questions no thanks ill take my money somewhere else

A nice store and a good location. The stock is always beautiful but typically oit of budget. My daughter managed to find some accessories which she was very pleased about. The staff were lovely and friendly and happy to assist with queries as well.

I love Monsoon and so does my elderly mum, who cannot get to a store, so I order for her online and get it delivered direct to her, as she has no internet and no smartphone. Unfortunately now Monsoon have decided to go paper free, there is no despatch note or return label included and you have to either download a QR code and print off a return label, or take the QR code to the courier store and they will print it off for you. She can do neither of these and when I advised Monsoon of this issue they said I should print off the label and send it to her to return the parcel. I live in Norfolk, mum lives 3 hours away and this would be fine, except for the fact that I don't have a printer. I did advise them of this and asked if they could just send her the return label and they said sorry but this is the way they are going forward in the future and they can't help. So for anyone that has no internet/smartphone and who relies on someone else to do their online shopping with Monsoon, you are now at a disadvantage in shopping with them online - basically you can't. I shop like this for my mum on quite a few other clothing stores and have never had a problem but was advised by Monsoon that this is the way other companies will be going forward. How sad is that for the older generation that don't/can't use modern technology and I actually think this is quite discriminatory in a way.

Love the quality, always have bought dresses and bags from here ... got my 2 little bridesmaids dreeses and outfits from here before and was so pleased they looked beautiful!! .. great sales too!! ? .. staff always extremely helpful!!

Thankyou to Linda for signing me up with a reward card after spending £120 . I have now received my £10 voucher which I am very happy about .Linda was extremely helpful to me and my daughter from the time we entered the store to leaving .we are a family that shop on the high street instead of online, it has to be said that the service we received from Linda was outstanding you do not always receive that kind of service within our high street .so keep up the good work monsoon ,I do hope this review is passed on to Linda .
