I went into King's Lynn branch really later 12:53 the receptionist gave me the information I needed on my accounts and current interest rate. Very knowledgeable. All in the 7 minutes left before they closed at1pm.Hats off to you, very polite and fabulous. 4th November

Rude and very ignorant. They use employees working for other banks. So don?t expect to talk to nationwide staff who are generally polite. I?ve been with them for over 20 years and only had one occasion to ask for help with fraud using my Visa card. And was told because I used my card reader to make payment. It was not covered for fraud and would not get money. So I have stranded small claims. But a number of the directors are based in Pakistan so it?s going to difficult but we will see and I provide result.My advise transfer your account o monzo ot virgin. Brilliant wish I had done that 20 years ago if they had been there ?John

I dont use this branch regularly but during covid my local branch has been on reduced opening hours so have contacted and used this branch. I found them very informative, helpful and polite I was shown how to put money in via a cash machine when the branch is closed. Will be happy to use this branch again.

Has been very good with savings accounts for years. Went in today after a terrible experience at another bank and they had all the time in the world to discuss what I need from a bank. Now got an appointment to potentially move almost all of my banking here.

This branch does not even deserve one star, the staff are rude and patronising as I have found on many visits and have been so bad I have switched banks now. Awful !

This branch of Nationwide seems way too small for it's location. It always seems busy with long chaotic queues, the branch in my opinion is not very well designed. When you do eventually get served the staff are ok but not particularly friendly or helpful, they just want to deal with you as quickly as possible to get the queue down. There are also long queues at the desk where you make appointments and change your address details etc. The nearest branch to here is over 15 miles away so there isn't really an alternative. I try to do as much banking online etc to avoid the queues. saying this I have never had any problems from this branch.
