Royal Fail decided to try delivering my business order, to a business park, early, on a Sunday lunchtime. Unsurprisingly business parks tend to be closed on Sundays so I have a "failed delivery" which I now need to collect in a 2-hour a day time window. Thanks for nothing.

This ?royal mail? is absolutely a joke pay for next working day delivery leave the note on the door ? leave the parcel in the porch ? and they took it back go next day to collect it the parcel . Been told the parcel is not here they try again same problem . They took the parcel back . The stuff are absolutely a joke is well not helpful at all .Try to avoid those clowns .. working time 8-10 when all the people are working . And go next day and your parcel is not there . Just wasting time that?s what those clowns are doing .

One guy all the time left card he couldn't find me at home, event I am at home all day. I could see him from my window but he didn't try call to my flat.

Opens just literally 2 hours a day.The current hours, as of the date of writing this, are wrong. They changed it with a badly written note on the door.

There used to be a time when Royal mail used to be my prefered mail company, but they seem a bit of a mess atm, on the surface the redelivery service seems like a great idea, but it does not work. Maybe they don't even check, they just try again the next day, the collection office has shorter opening times so I cannot collect it myself ( even though their website and the opening times at the office says open on Monday its not, How hard is it to change a notice on the door or update their website)?I have concerns about the future of Royal Mail. True they were a bit stuffed with the universal letter delivery after privatisation without compensation, but it they don't get it right other private services will keep taking their business and the staff will be on minimum wage along with all the other poor buggers.

Why must post delivery person try to force a parcel into a post box thats obviously too small for it? Are they trained in this skill or are they just stupid. A simple knock on the door would suffice. Please stop this practise as you could damage something important.

A 12pm finish on a Monday I find baffling. Until they allow Tracked 24/48 at any branch it means I can?t provide a tracking service for anything ordered Monday afternoon. And parking for three cars on a very busy business estate means you have to take a gamble in the paid car park nearby, I go daily so no doubt one day I?ll get a ticket.

As a student I worked at the Post Office. It was efficient and served the public well. For a few pence I sent a letter to a remote part of the globe in 1966 and received an answer back in three days. On Jan 3 2023, I sent a letter to New York City N Y, cost me £7.00. Still has not reached. The profit motive? It stinks. But one of several horrific experiences over the last 5 years.

Worse delivery company ever! Not even trying to knock on a doors and leaving note of missed delivery. That happened already 4 times!!! Not happy at all!

Never open when you need to pick up or drop off parcels. Staff are generally pleasant but not much use if the opening hours are next to useless. Parking has become a real problem during the day too. For a company striving to keep up with DPD and alike they are certainly not making any attempt at a 'great customer experience'.

Post around gaywood is absolutely useless constantly getting the wrong mail instead of a pay rise they need sacking and replacement with people who can do the job
