Purchased £10 10Gb Sim card for family member. Staff were great and helpful. Unfortunately family had also got one online.BEWARE: when I tried to return in person again unopened and with receipt (and just 4 days later) they claimed that could not do that, no way in store or online (including the store manager, apparently). Very poor service, and will be seeking further action.

Needed a new tablet, the staff found me a great deal on the tablet I wanted and even sorted a discount. They also sorted switching all the apps etc over from my old tablet to the new one.Thanks

I purchased mobile accessories from this store using my debit card,had to be use my pin,even though the amount was £75.Unlike the usual shopping this shop has scheduled me on Monthly payment.Never faced this in my life

Been with 3 for years. No real problems. However my main issue is that if your phone does go wrong staff are helpful but always refer you back to the phone manufacturers. Surely you "buy" the phone via the 2 yr contract deal? So i would argue the onus is with them not the manufacturers??? Update - switched to Sim only deal. Saving hundreds of pounds!

Erika, one of the Three Team at King's Lynn gave my elderly aunt great advice when we visited the store on Monday. She was unsure of how to use her Samsung phone (her favourite apps were 'missing') but Erika was patient with her and explained where they were hiding and how to retrieve them. She also deleted apps that my aunt wasn't using and gave her advice on how to get the best use from her phone. 10/10 for Erika for customer service.

Came in with a friend and he got a brilliant deal with Erika. What a fantastic human, a real asset to the team. Helpful and offered everything under the sun without pushing too hard or making me feel under pressure. I asked if she was the manager but it turns out she's just a customer service clerk! As if! She will be an amazing manager soon, I can already see it.A gentleman, Pedro (?) Was also really friendly and helpful. He was serving a number of people when I walked in and they were so pleased with the service. He was ever so kind, between him and Erika they are smashing it in Three. What a brilliant team!!!!!
