I called 111 (was a Sunday) due to a severe sore throat, they directed me to and passed on my details to this pharmacy.All the symptoms clearly point towards antibacterial throat infection and not a Viral throat infection.The pharmacist checked my name and the notes, didn?t even look in my throat to see it covered in blisters, he could see I was a bit distressed at the pain. He told me he can just sell me a liquid to gargle. I clearly need antibiotics and 111 advised me that Pharmacists can now prescribe. No idea why he didn?t want to.

Was sent by 111 to collect pain relief medication to find that they were closed. Was told the opening hours showing on line are completely wrong and have been since covid. To collect my medication the next day from where I live I then had to phone to get transferred back to NHS to then get a code to collect from my local pharmacy. Avoid this place at out of hours as you won't get your med if sent here to collectThe next nearest pharmacy to collect medication on this day was bury st emonds at 7:45 at night.

This chemist is awful they have messed me around since I been hear with medication that's very important always takes them 4 days before they can give it to me I have a serious health condition they always make mistakes and excuses

Not the place to go unless you have 30 mins to spare, as waiting around is common. Also, if going early, you may well be told the pharmacist is ?running late? and can?t access the prescription anyway. Often don?t have prescription items in stock, so worth checking before handing a script over!

Allways told prescription is complete but has to be checked you go back in and it's still not ready and when u do receive it its incomplete or they cant find it they have the prescription for at least 25 days why lie about it if they tell you the truth about it u would understand because it's a big prescription

I have been complaining to this chemist for over a year now about my prescription not being ready on time and i can honestly say, despite the promises that something would be done it is clear yet again that nothing has been done.A professional business of this nature needs to be professional about it's service, sadly it is far from professional.

Always seems to be an incredible number of staff here all of whom refuse to acknowledge waiting customers leaving just one member of staff to slooooowly work through the queue. Never clear what they're all doing; it appears, mostly, chatting. This means the dispensary service is painfully slow, as is trying to buy some of their unimaginably overpriced stock. Only plus side is they're open late.
