Went in here once to get surgical spirit after being elsewhere at no avail, they claimed they didn't have any in stock and suggested i'd try somewhere else, i responded i already done that and then i got yelled at saying it was not their problem it was mine. I think the staff is in need for customer service training. However i will never set foot in here again.

Monthly prescription never ready items missing shop closed without notice they never tell u if there is a supply issue with tablets so I have to go without till I get a replacement

Absolutely useless, they are closed more than open without warning, a scruffy bit of paper stuck on the door, which will say closed due to staff sickness or staff shortage.Can't believe Boots as a company allow this to continue, again can't access medication that's needed.If I could give less than one star would be minus one star.

My 83 year old Mum requested a delivery of her meds as she has just come out of hospital. Despite advertising a free delivery service for elderly people she was told it would cost £5. When she challenged this the respnse was 'oh'. Really??!! This is taking advantage of elderly people who often have no option - DON'T ADVERTISE A FREE SERVICE AND THEN CHARGE FOR IT......APPALLING. Boots - you should be ashamed

On Friday I needed something for wasp sting. I was told they didn't have anything as they have shortages of ingredients, not had it for a while, there was nothing they could do. So I went online, ordered from Boots online and got it delivered to the shop for collection on Saturda, next day. Maybe I should have given them one to sell!It wasn't what I was told, more how I was told.
