The lady in the shop was very rude and unhelpful when my husband asked advice about laying vinyl on top of laminate flooring- this was very different to the service we received five years ago when we had carpets laid when we had excellent service

We have recently used Eastern Carpets and Hazel and Mark are a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about flooring and really helpful. Our living room carpet was fitted perfectly. Mark even tried to fix our heating while he was there! We can definitely recommend them.

Eastern carpets have now done all of our home, from the first call to choosing the flooring was a very easy experience. lots of choice and very friendly! The fitting is to a very high standard! Nothing is to much trouble.. well done guys keep doing what you are doing as your doing it properly!!
