Went to Waitrose this morning, hoping there would be a Valentine's Day meal deal with a bottle of bubbly. There wasn't, but managed to pick up a nice Charlie Bigham lasagne for two and a bottle of pink Prosecco. Not £12 as I'd hoped, but quite acceptable.

The service I received today was acceptional... I needed Golden Marzipan, it had come in and quickly sold out , but one particular member of staff looked out "the back ", found some and ran out to catch me driving out of the car park ...above and beyond...exceptional staff ..Merry Christmas..!!..

Very Poor service in-store which made me feel humiliated has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, So unfortunately I have no other option now to shop elsewhere. Customer services for Waitrose just as poor. Avoid

Rapidly losing its appeal. New vouchers and policy on their use makes them next to worthless. Lower quality is noticeable on many products with cost saving measures on ingredients. With strong competition from Lidl, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby we are shopping at Waitrose less and less. Also some staff are great and friendly but some really need some training. Just had someone authorise at the 'quick' checkout who didn't make a sound, no acknowledgement at all, despite me smiling and saying thank you. Quick checkouts now have spy cameras making everyone feel like a criminal and are placed as far as they could be away from where any staff are stationed to authorise shopping when needed.

Love Waitrose. OK, it isn't cheap, but I think it provides excellent value for money. The people who work here are really friendly and helpful too!

Good..quiet...lots of space....not much fish ( we could almost jump in the sea from the car park !)....too much alcohol...(maybe a fish substitute ?)...expensive flowers...very good knowledgable staff...9 out of 100

Inside is very clean and a very welcoming experience, nice looking cafe with lots of choicesThe outside however is bad, letters have rusted down the building and is in dire need of a repair. Surprised at this with Waitrose?s Quality

A very nice waitrose to shop in! Looks new and big but not too overwhelmingly big. Also friendly partners too. Passed by whilst visiting Norfolk from down south.

Lovely staff here, helping with issues with scanning, etc. There is plenty of space between the aisles. Plus a decent cafe also. Waitrose needs to check the best before dates properly due to products going out of date soon, which is my only gripe.

Clean fresh well stocked, wifi and tearoom. PerfectBack again this year and have to point out how much the staff training is evident. Very courteous and extremely helpful when asked for assistance. You can see the difference in quality. Great place.
