1 star is too much for Apple and their products. The OLED panel was replaced on my Iphone 14 Pro Max due to a blue line, I was told that the unit would be resealed and retain it's IP68 status. A few weeks later I got caught in a very heavy downpour in Dubai, and low and behold the phone got water damaged. IP68 means that a unit must resist water ingress under the stated conditions and any water ingress must not affect the operation of the unit. The Apple website states "maximum depth of 2 metres up to 30 minutes". I was told that the rain is warm in Dubai and the humidity would have had an impact, sorry but what nonsense. So they are telling me that had I been in the UK I could have submerged my phone fully for 30 minutes up to 2 metres, but because I was in Dubai this isn't the case, utter nonsense. I do not think for a second that the screen being replaced is a coincidence, I do not believe that the phone was sealed correctly, the product was not up to the correct standards. The nonsense that came out of their mouths was laughable, no accountability at all for a sub par product.

I would like to say how outstanding Cas was to me today when I came to the Genius Bar about a faulty product. He went above and beyond to help me today and I am so greatful for his service. Previous to this I had had a rather poor encounter with a employee who was very rude and dismissive about my faulty apple product. I was apprehensive coming to the Apple store today but the friendly, welcoming and attentive service of Cas made my week so much brighter.Thanks again to Cas for making a stressed student feel slightly more at ease - a warm and friendly service really does go along way.

I actually think this store is in breach of the consumer protection act. I'm admittedly the least knowledgeable digital and tech type of person ever but they essentially told me that my MacBook Air 2015 laptop was obsolete and couldn't accept any IOS update and I should just ditch this laptop and buy a new one. Turns out that's absolute nonsense, and I've just updated my OS from Sierra to Big Sur after following a tutorial on YouTube , which has solved all my issues. I'm just frankly astounded at how misleading and corrupt a highstreet store can be , but particularly apple with a company valuation of a trillion dollars. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My phone is not supporting which I bought 1 month ago on soundSometimes it lacks when playing sound on videos it?s on full volume but still there is no sound when I play other video it comes with sound but at first it was all like mute videoIt happens like 1-2 times a day sometimesBut quality of sound is pretty good but why I don?t know some video at first don?t support sound system and when you play other video and come to back it comes with sound?

i got the apple watch series 9 for christmas and it wasn't compatible with my iphone 8 cuz i cant be bothered to change it so i went to the apple store and they suggested i get the apple watch SE and told me it is compatible come home it doesn't work i get into contact with apple online and finds out it doesn't workbunch of idiots work there and ruined my christmas present

Really good service provided from the knowledgeable staff working here.Had a couple of issues with my iPhone 13, brought it in for a service repair and the staff here were super helpful and dealt with the issues no problem. They even gave me a free screen protector for a slightly longer than normal wait time.Would definitely recommend!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Popped in with family to look at covers for a MacBook, wanted to see if available in a bigger size. No staff available or stood talking / on phones. No visible place for a customer to go to make it obvious a sale is possible if service is given. We spoke to 3 members of staff. No assistance came. Lost sale, noted the product, will buy elsewhere .

Travelled 46 miles by bus to get my iPhone 12 repaired under warranty. The staff pulled out all the stops by getting my repair completed in super quick time so I wouldn?t miss the last bus home. Meant a lot to me.
