Terrible experience. Will never use Argos again. The girl who is supposed to be the manager just argues with you.I told them I'd ordered something in stock only to get an email to say it would be 4-5 days. No apology just excuses.Never told me I'd need to buy add ons for my phone and neither did the website. As I haven't bought a phone in 2.5 years, things have changed and it no longer comes with a charger or headphones.My old phone was fine, but I thought as I needed these items, I may as well purchase a new phone.When I opened the box as I needed to use a charger for my old phone, that was the first I knew of this. Then I read that this upgraded phone has less features like no WiFi calling than my older phone.So I took it back. She was rude again, before I even got to the desk the lady behind me said, God she's miserable.She said she didn't have to refund or change as I'd opened the box and used the item. It was totally not even charged up, still in the wrapper, she accused me of doing these things.The lady who was behind me found me in sainsbury after and said that was terrible, from start to finish bad customer service.I contacted customer service support who told me she was wrong and I could get a refund. I went back with the conversation for them to read to to refused the refund again. They contacted customer service and they said I'd been told wrong.I will never order anything from them again. Hope they enjoy the last ever £150 they will ever get from me!Do yourself a favour and use John Lewis. You would NEVER get any of this rubbish from them!

A small Argos branch ideal for collecting online orders from.It also features several terminals so you can order and pay in-store.I've personally found the service efficient and friendly.

Today I had returned faulty item which has been purchased earlier that day, everything takes less then 5 minutes and refunds has been transferred to my account. I had a pleasure to deal with ADRIAN everything has been done up to highest standards quickly friendly and hassle free!!! What a high level of professional customer service !!! Highly recommend to everyone. ?????????? Customer service

Elliott was a true gentleman today. What a helpful man, going above and beyond, helping sort an admin issue and then taking my large 34kg box to my car and loading it for me, and being aware of my limp as waiting for knee surgery, even wished me a speed recovery. A shining star in today's difficult times. A real asset to you Argos. Look after him.

Terrible. Ordered a bike helmet pre paid for in Black arrived too collect in store and the only one they had was a Yellow one, not what i ordered and couldn't even be bothered to go check. 'Its the only one we have left'
