Waited for the server to finish shovelling food in her mouth , watched her lick her fingers.She then said ?yes? I said ?can I have cheese bites after you have washed your hands please?. she was mortified I had asked her to wash her hands so I replied ?don?t worry I?ll leave it ? looked at the other staff member & I was told I had upset the girl ?Common basic hygiene ? wash your hands or wear gloves when handling food . ??

This is my naughty treat of the week! I've been coming here a while now and the staff are always so lovely. If you haven't tried their Yule Tide Log already then make sure you DO. The perfect pick-me-up after a day of work :)

the hot food was fine,but we were given mouldy cheese sauce which ruined the meal. I see it?s not the only mouldy sauce that?s been given out recently. don?t know how to post a picture on here but its unacceptable to be sending out so much mouldy product.Dietary restrictions: if you have a low immune system I wouldn?t suggest eating here due to the mouldy food being sent out.

Do not order from here!Ordered food which came fast however food looked under cooked and the sauce we received was mouldy! Put us off the whole order! It all went in the bin!

This is a great little shop! My partner had a pepperoni pretzel and he absolutely loved it! This is why we come to Norwich because Lincoln doesn?t have anything like this. When we come back sometime we?ll call in here for lunch! Five star establishment!!!
