Came into store yesterday and from the get go the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A personal thank you to Hayley for making my purchase an enjoyable and exciting experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will for sure be coming back in the future. Thank you

Took in my Tag Heuer watch which had an issue that required rectifying under warranty and Beaverbrooks Tag Heuer Boutique were fantastic in dealing with it.Daryl looked after me from start to finish and couldn't have been more courteous, friendly, reassuring and accommodating (extra thanks for some lovely beverages).Quoted 12 weeks max turnaround time for the fix and it came back much sooner. I only wish I'd bought it from here in the first instance but any for future purchases I'll only be coming here to make them.Thank you so much Beaverbrooks.

I haven?t received my pendant yet as it wasn?t in stock and is yet to be delivered. I was very impressed with the customer service in store however. All members of staff were great but Lewis in particular was extremely professional, polite and personable. He went out of his way to make the purchase an enjoyable one.

Bought a chain which broke within two weeks at the time of buying was told that I?m covered for it breaking. Take the chain in store and am told that I didn?t take out a package option that would cover me for breakage, which I wasn?t even offered when initially buying the product. Would then only offer 20% off a new one despite them making the error of not offering me the package. Very disappointing.

Really impressed with the staff at the Norwich store. Took my old Omega watch in which really needs a new bracelet. Problem is that a replacement is c. £700. Ian (one of the staff) sourced replacement parts and was very dedicated to helping me get the watch wearable again. He has considerable knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. I?d strongly recommend asking the staff?s advice as they were very understanding and nice.

We had the most wonderful experience in this store on Sunday , we took an old ring in that had been passed down to my daughter , not only did the charming young man give us more information about it , he also cleaned it for her. We will definitely use this store again, wonderful customer service.

Always get a top rate service from the staff in Beaverbrooks. We bought our wedding rings from there and got a good deal. They have also fixed my wife's engagement ring which was not bought from there but fixed for a very good price. All round great experience.

Having spent many thousands of pounds with Beaverbrooks over the years, this is unfortunately the end of my custom.Chosing to use a sub standard delivery service via DPD has ruined thier brand and the total customer experience.Having ordered a pair of white gold earings which promised next day delivery, my security camera footage showed the DPD driver pulling up outside my house in an Enterprise van and taking a picture from his van on 2 consecutive days, with no attempt to get out and knock on the door.I called DPD in Snetterton (the local depot) to complain and they acknowledged the drivers behaviour and over the next few days kept promising call backs with a resolution & new delivery date which never happened.I have since found out my earings have been returned to Beaverbrooks despite the fact I had rearranged my work commitments to be at home for the past week, so I could take delivery.Just to reiterate, I will never use Beaverbrooks again if they insist on using such a poor delivery route to market.
