My mum recently got a bed and mattress from here. The mattress is rock hard worse than sleeping on the floor very poor quality yet was an expensive one, requested a refund or an exchange and customer service said to wait for 40 nights. Now this is disgraceful. Quick to take your money but when it's for a refund they don't want to. Definitely won't be returning here again poor service! Should've gone to dreams instead I've been to dreams myself and you couldn't get better than dreams in every way. Lesson learn't.

Having purchased our divan from Bensons a couple of years ago, we decided to come back for a new bed frame. The whole sale process was a disaster and we then had to return 3 times to sort out the order and it had been messed up each time. We finally got it delivered today - the delivery men were lovely. What wasn’t lovely was the massive black stains up our stairs on our brand new, 1 week old cream carpet from the boxes. The response from the customer service team - have £50 with no care what so ever for our property which they have damaged. Obviously this is not good enough. Reading the reviews below, should have though twice before purchasing! Response regarding this asap please.

AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
The worst customer service i have ever come across
Faulty product delivered soaking wet mattress. Customer services advice can you not just let it dry out
Repeated fail to meet there own deadlines and get back to the customer. I am surprised they get any business at all
