For years I put up with the waiting to be served, the not finding assistance, the ?come back in 30 minutes? thing when getting prescriptions (that other people mention), etc, etc, because generally the staff are friendly. But today, in Anglia Sq. I was talked to abruptly, in a very unfriendly manner, and frankly, it was the straw that broke the camel?s back.

The pharmacy is AWFUL. I have to wait 25 minutes for my prescription everytime I need it, when the store is empty and I'm the only one in the queue? Boots should make some changes and investigate why this is the case. Waiting 25 minutes for a prescription to be put together is poor customer service at its finest. Many people have complained about the same issue.

I went there today, they didn't open till 12pm due to short staff, they soon got my wifes prescription done, the young lady sorting the prescriptions out was very quick,busy but friendly enough, gave good advice,

Waited 20 mins+ to pick up prescription. Very poor to non customer care. There were no other customers in the store at that time.

Normally pick up medication on Saturday was unable to on Saturday 23rd April 2022 had to go until Monday without important mental health medication and heart medication. I hope you are all proud of yourself.

Handy Little boots! But they don't seem. To have anyone serving the pharmacy staff will look at you but not acknowledge you are there and then serve you 10 mins later.

During my brake at work I want it to find out of my prescription it?s ready but when I went in I was the only one in a store woman behind the counter asked me to give her a second, (4 members off stuff in store) 15 min after no one asked if I need help or if I was served as there all to busy to do they job.

I can't remember the name of the person that helped me (sorry!) but I'd like to praise the staff at this Boots shop for their help yesterday. The branch are having some issues with staffing and are having to close at 5pm currently (not 5.30pm as usual). I turned up after 5 and the staff made an exception for me and brought me my much needed medication despite being technically closed. Thank you, I appreciate your help, great customer service. I hope you can get your staff levels back up to an acceptable level (pull your finger out Boots recruitment!) as you're a good bunch. X

So frustrating when I've been in although staff friendly. They are so understaffed. They rarely answer phone. My prescriptions were so late that I had run out of my medication. No lateral flow tests when I've gone in. Now closed on Sundays as short staffed. Changed to London St Boots for my medication as so much more efficient.
