Boots is like our daily routine. A place that you can pretty much find anything you want in the Pharmacy or Cosmetic or Hygiene care etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. So thank you.

Superstore with almost everything. Though I wasn't giving the right information as to where an item is when I asked a member of staff. She was friendly and willing to help me but doesn't seem to know items available in store. I found the item on my own later on. Overall, it is still one of my favourites to shop.

It needs Vegan-friendly, cruelty-free (make-up products, shampoo & conditioners/clothes, shoes/baby clothes, skincare/make-up brushes, pyjamas.

The busiest location and yet pharmacist is rarely there or short of staff. Lack of knowledge and unable to perform simple tasks like transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy.. I had to go back and forth between 2 pharmacies and my GP for 2 days to sort prescription.. it turned out they gave the wrong information! Tried to sort things out by phone to save myself parking in town but they never pick up!! Wasted time off work, dont bother go there!

These glasses are amazing works on any LED type of lights as well. Street lamps. Traffic lights, aeroplane lights were epic as looked like flying reindeers!!! ?

Great makeup and skincare selection in this branch. Recently added a Fenty counter too!!If you seek a certain type of shampoo for your curly/frizzy hair like I do, you won't be disappointed with the selection. So many great shampoos and conditioners. Every time I go in here for one thing I end up buying about ten. ?

Just wanted some non prescription eye ointment. Asked the woman behind the pharmacy and she quizzed me about symptoms and then refused to sell it as if she was a doctor not just a sales person. Got it online easily, don't bother coming to Boots unless you want the inquisition.

Had a very nice experience with a lady from the No 7 department. She helped me find the right foundation and gave me lots of tips. Hopefully I can execute now what she showed me. Sorry,but have forgotten her name.

I went here to ask if I could buy a 5ml medicine spoon. This could not be sol to me because the pharmacist wasn't on site. A spoon!!! I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and this was only when another member of staff needed assistance. I'm really disappointed in the customer service at Boots, Chapelfield, Norwich

Sadly the pharmacy was closed and I needed day nurse and night nurse, it was well signed there was no staff 3pm and I got an alternative but no where near as good when you have to work. There was an elderly chap needing his prescription and I felt for the staff member but also for him..lots of shelves are empty and I thought some lucozade will give me a lift and again none..I'm guessing it's supply etc that we see everywhere now but seems ironic if I want a bottle of perfume for £100 I could have it but not what I needed.

When are shops going to realise that not everyone wants to use self service checkouts. There is not even an option at Boots in Chantry Place. It's not as if the prices are cheaper because we have to serve ourselves! I know there are people there to help or even do it for you so why not open a till and let people have a choice. I will always avoid this Boots store if I can for that reason.

I sent my friend in today to pick me up some tens replacement pads, the experience was so overly difficult for what it needed to be, I have been in before to buy these but was told they don?t sell these, he was then encouraged to buy a new machine to get just the pads which anyone who uses a tens machine knows this is ridiculous for the price, he spoke to several different staff members and after he asked to hand the phone over to the floor worker ,as he was struggling with social anxiety she walked away from him. Eventually he found a staff member who was willing to listen to what we wanted she wrongly said they were only sold online- I?m sure this was a simple mistake as moments later my friend found and sent me a picture of the exact thing I needed, unfortunately due to the way he was spoken to and messed around his social anxiety took over and he had to leave. This was obviously because the staff were getting to the end of their shift and could no longer be bothered to maintain good customer service. Management need to seriously reconsider who they have on closing hours as we have been at work all day too and don?t deserve to be treated that way when we go to boots to get medical supplies. I?d expect it from primark. Not somewhere that sells such pivotal healthcare equipment.

Went into the pharmacy department this morning got served about 10.05 am by an elderly lady probably in her 60s anyway I bought some cocodamol just as I'm going to leave she has a go at me about my mask being just over my mouth but it was covered, but in the store there's loads of people not wearing any mask at all and she served people after me who had no masks on at all she didn't tell them to put one on, I won't be using this boots ever again not while she is working there.
