Aware of their large workload, but a friendly attitude wouldn?t go amiss!If you want to buy anything from here, be prepared to wait in the same queue as for prescriptions (which really can be a long wait!). Also be prepared to share with everyone present your name and address ?.Oh, and pls don?t text to say prescription ready when it?s not complete ?.

Prescriptions as I was rudely told take 10 days to be dispensed! They like us all working in healthcare have a duty of care. I have also seen staff being rude to elderly people that have trouble getting to the chemist to be told, again rudely, they have to come back!

The staff serving in Hethersett are so rude it?s unbelievable. An elderly lady who was in-front of me was struggling to stand and the 2 women serving were very rude like the lady was an inconvenience. Had no patience for her. It was awful. Then they proceeded to tell me I was standing in the wrong place! No customer service whatsoever. Staff need to go on a course on how to be polite or work in a different service!

I have never had a problem with rude staff like other reviews are saying , staff have always been helpful , I have just started the repeat prescription service , so will update review after a few prescriptions .Parking out side for 3 cars , wheelchair friendly access ?

Recently moved into the area and have had 5 prescriptions from this branch. On each occasion, despite giving the required notice, the prescriptions were not ready when I came to collect. On checking with the surgery, I am assured that prescriptions are processed by them no later that the next day, so the delay appears to be with Boots. If they are taking over 5 - 7 days to process they either have a capacity or efficiency issues at the branch. And every time I do go to the branch, several other customers will be awaiting for prescriptions to be filled.Sorry, but I have now chosen another dispensary, however than will lessen their workload...UpdateNow have prescriptions filled by another branch of the same chemists, and on 2 occasions so far, both have been ready in THREE days... !!!

Shocking customer service, rude and unfriendly .Text to inform me that my prescription is ready when it isn?t is a regular occurrence. You will be lucky if they have the stock and if they don?t they will not inform you.

Once again today prescription not ready more than a week after ordering a repeat. I had originally gone yesterday lunchtime, when the pharmacy is supposed to be open, but the door was locked in front of me as the pharmacist left. He didn't even have the decency to apologise. The customer service is atrocious.
