Popped in today as I was passing to get some shopping when I got to the till to pay two members of staff were to busy talking to someone they knew and not interested in serving me so I left my basket on the floor and left empty handed.

The staff are lovely and polite at bunwell stores! They always ask how you are and to some that?s a life line, just a simple social chat to see how you are!! I always say that customers should treat the staff in the shop how they would like to be treated themselves!! A little respect goes a long way!!
