Staff were absolutely excellent today restricting the number of customers in a polite but secure manner. A lot of other shops and supermarkets could learn from this!!!

Store staff (J) was rude and felt racist and unwelcomed. Other staff was quite helpful and greeting. It would be nice if all staff could respect their customer. Card factory as a whole is wonderful chain with quality products.
