Tills serve those selling and buying, therefore it can take a long time to get served if you are just buying. I pop in regularly as stock is always changing. It's worth a look. I also check out the charity shops at the top of the hill....

Ignore the tatty decor, forgive the long queues, and you'll find yourself some good bargains. The staff are friendly, the s return and refund policies are fair, and the range is wide. We're huge fans of the DVD section (the entire 1st floor).
Unfortunately, only ground floor appears wheelchair accessible, and the counters are quite high, but the shelves are low enough and the staff are approachable.

Love shopping there. Great range and good prices. Only problem is the waiting time to pay.

Tried to trade in an old laptop (a Samsung n220+ netbook), for got a screw in the bottom for the ram slot, was told they would take it without. No problem, went home and got it, only to be told after a 20 minute wait that they didn't have a windows 7 restore disc.
No apology offered, no reasoning, just told "can't take it, we don't have a disc". Utterly incompetent.
A windows 7 restore disc can be acquired, perfectly legally, in a matter of minutes.
I contacted their Twitter, and was basically told "yeah, we don't care".

They are very picky people. Staff members were very rude and were no help to us at all. If you want to give a games console in go somewhere else. You would. Want to talk to nicer people
