I wish could give ZERO STARS. I was assaulted by a member of staff when trying to pick up an DPD delivery item. Staff were rude and used the low grade admin system as an excuse to not do her job and to not give me my item. I have the code. I have the iD but I can?t have the item?.. the dumb dumb finally realised what a A hole she is and throw the item at me in a very aggressive manner and told me to go away?.. oh I?ll be back don?t worry but with a brick

Not shopping there ever again because I'm not allowed to use my own bag due to security reasons but didn't explain properly so I said I'm going to shop somewhere else sorry and they kinda got funny. How does a customer meant to know these things if they are not explained properly? And they allowed it before so I don't understand why this is a problem now.
