“Prices aren't amazing - shame it's not a Tesco/ Sainsburys or a small M&S. The self checkouts are temperamental. But the shop is clean and shelves are decently spaced out.”

“Always helpful, decent selection of food, the Post office is good but isn't a fully featured one, if you need log books or tax..you will need to go a few miles elsewhere.”

“So impressed with the cleanliness of this store! Everything looked so super neat and so it was easy to grab everything I needed. Clearly the staff here are passionate about what they're doing, as they were also smiley and friendly. A joy to shop here”

“Popped in today for a drink, gentleman was very friendly and pleasant. We were looking for an ice cream for my son but they didn't have a freezer selling single lollies. He offered to open a multi box for my 4yr old which was lovely of him but we politely declined as it wasn't the one he wanted lol. Kids!”

“The assortment, layout, and everything in this store just makes sense! Everything is grouped together, for example the steak and next to it are the sauces that go with it. The produce and everything is fresh, and the shelves aren't a mess. For example, in tesco, you have to go to three different isles which are too far away from each other so you can get the ingredients you need, but at M&S, everything is nicely put together, and you don't have to walk too far away to get what you need. It makes things so much easier. Your store is also very inclusive for people with autism because it's not confusing, neither too loud. The restrooms are clean, they don't rink of urine like other supermarkets', and honestly I thought your store was built new but aparently has been there for years when I asked the manager. I'm Impressed! Can't wait to do my shopping there soon!”

“Great shop, I usually order from them via deliveroo. Their prices are amazing and they're high quality. Lovely people too!Edit: two months on and I've had no issues from them. Their One Stop white bread is gorgeous and easily the fluffiest and softest I've had from any local retailer.”

“You can always be sure of a good service in Co-op and this local store is no exception. They're certainly not the cheapest but you know the quality is there and the staff are always ready to help if needed. And of course, because it's Co-op, they're supporting the local community too.”

“Friendly little corner shop, the shop goes back a long way so there's actually quite a lot of stuff. They do those broken biscuit assortments for £1 too, though half a kilo of biscuits never seems to last as long as it should.... T”

“Nice little town centre shop with a great range for such a compact little location. Usual Coop value and quality. Good system for controlling customer numbers and other measures in place to help keep customers safe. Also like the loyalty scheme that Coop operates as both the customer and community benefit”

“Great prices for a convenience store and the manager is extremely helpful. He went out of his way even to find an old wine box for me to send a Hermes parcel in. These types of gestures mean even more during lock down - especially to a very sleep deprived dad of twin babies. Community convenience stores need more managers like this. Thank you”

“The staff are lovely and polite at bunwell stores! They always ask how you are and to some that’s a life line, just a simple social chat to see how you are!! I always say that customers should treat the staff in the shop how they would like to be treated themselves!! A little respect goes a long way!!”

“So after a tough week so far with my recent diagnosis I decided I would pluck up the courage & take my daughter lily to Smyths & have lunch @M&S Longwater. As it was our turn to order/pay we were greeted by a lovely, happy smiley lady Jazz who we got chatting to. As I got my purse out Jazz said “there is nothing to pay it’s all been paid for you my act of kindness to you!” I was in tears as this ment so so much to me that there are still kind hearted people in this world! Jazz truly took my breath away! I am still in shock!? Thank you will never seem enough! It really restores my faith in people.”

“Very convenient store with a very good selection of essential items and some luxury items too. There is a post box and ATM machine and also a post office separate to the side of the store (not the same opening hours as the shop). Mostly reasonable prices but some things are a bit more expensive such as fresh meat. The parking is a bit tricky but there's a small free car park just down the road.”
