I loved my little visit here the staff are really interactive and passionate. I enjoyed when one staff member rubbed/massaged my shoulders lightly and wished me luck as I got the jackpot on one of the machines. The manager is a big lad who's surprisingly quite gifting who offered me his biscuits (there was 2 left) which I assumingly guessed are his favourite but who am I to say no and not indulge so I finished off the packet. I would visit again.

The manager was incredibly attentive and helpful, explaining and how the betting machines worked and how to correctly place a bet. However, the packet of crisps and chocolate resting on his stomach was quite distracting and threw me off at various moments during our conversation. Overall I would give my experience 5 stars and would recommend this shop.

Best bookmakers in Norwich!Whether you're a novice bettor or veteran punter this shop is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is some great regulars in there as well both male and female. Its spacious and warm and always a hot drink on offer, some days there's even biscuits and cakes on offer for customers, not many places you go do that.
