My experience with previous pharmacists at superdrug st Stephens street were average and more so rushed. After the consultation with James, I felt touched by his kindnesses and calmness whilst being able to be efficient.”
“Went to pharmacy especially for effervescent cocodamol but were out of stock. Rather annoying as this is one of the few painkillers l can tolerate. Too far to walk to the other Boots so will have to manage without until l am in city again .”

“Staff are the best and very polite and friendly, however trying to phone the Castle Mall Opticians is practically impossible to get through unless you have a spare 30 mins or more to get through and pressing 1, 4, 1, 4, and so on. Even if you are prepared to wait, chances are you won’t get through or you’ll hang up in frustration.To BOOTS get a grip on the phone service, asap!!!!!”
