Visited Thursday 26th and was less than impressed with the customer service I received. After ordering online, and having an issue, I visited the store today. I went to the returns section, and was greeted by a guy named Mike. Mike was nothing short of brilliant, and quickly dealt with, and resolved my problem. This 5 star rating is for Mike ?

Plenty of free parking. Large store but only a few members of staff and they were all chatting amongst themselves, not really interested in serving anybody. The one staff member serving in the mobile section was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously.

I have been looking to buy a new laptop. The main difficulty with this store is getting a salesperson to deal with. Eventually I was helped by a chap who did his best , but he admitted his expertise was in TVs. Sorry to say I purchased elsewhere. I did go back for buy a bag which was OK. However this was unpriced on the shelf and turned out to be £10 more than it was on their Web page. The part numbers were slightly different so I couldn't argue.

I had a mixed experience at Curry's. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive when I needed assistance, which I appreciated. However, my confidence in Curry's was shaken when a lady informed me that the returns policy becomes non-existent once the box has been opened. This policy left me feeling uneasy about making a purchase, as it felt restrictive and unfriendly to customers. Overall, great service from the staff, but the returns policy issue was disappointing.

Absolute joke purchase a item in sotre confirmation item will be sent nothing comes. Try to call no direct line and on phone lines get cut off most of the time and when you get through no one will help you online question where did you purchase you click in store wait a while to get through to agent who says sorry only help with online orders!!!! Why do you have customer services if no one can help you absolute joke of a company

Went there to buy an iron, they have a great range of expensive irons, but I found one for 15 quid. Took it home te replace the broken one to find it wasn't broken.

Went in to get a new mobile phone. Was a bit apprehensive as it always seems to be hassle. I was served by Mitch he was very helpful had a good product knowledge we found the phone that suited me he moved the date from the old to the new at a very small cost £5 . It was all in under an hour. Best change over from old phone to new ever. ( I've had a few ). Mitch was a pleasure to deal with he is an absolute credit to your company.

Having failed for a week to get what I needed for my trip from my local store in chester (and subsequently missing the stock they had). I was able to very quickly and easily fix my problem by popping into the Norwich branch as I arrived and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff called Andrew( long dark hair),very helpful and perfect service, he served us in 5 minutes and answered all questions, curry?s should be proud that they have someone like you in their team, thanks again

Our experience with Curry?s started off so well. Some months ago, we were shopping for a TV and sound system for a home we were in the process of buying, not to mention numerous other appliances. This was at the Norwich, Norfolk store. The person who helped us was Aaron. The extent of his knowledge and his ability to steer us in the right direction was truly impressive. Aaron, if you ever get a chance to read this, I hope you end up managing a store one day or better yet pursue a job with a tech company. You are way too bright to be doing what you?re doing.Unfortunately, when we returned on the morning of 17th July, Aaron wasn?t going to be in until later in the day. But we had notes on everything he had suggested and made sure he got the credit. We arranged for delivery of the TV, but the soundbar and rear speakers had to be ordered. We were told they should be in by Thursday, or Friday 21st July at the latest.Here?s why Curry?s customer support is absolutely atrocious. On our receipt there is a number to call regarding orders. The number does not go to the store but to a national phone bank. They are only able to see when something ?should? arrive in the store but can?t actually track it, SERIOUSLY? They then try to call the store but the store doesn?t answer the phone. We did get one callback from the store who informed us that the soundbar was in but the speakers had not arrived. As we have an extremely busy week coming up, we really needed the items by no later than Saturday the 22nd. We tried to get an update Thursday, Friday and Saturday, each time the national person could not get the branch to pick up the phone, that?s right, they don?t answer calls from their own company. On Saturday the 22nd, we rolled the dice and drove to the store. Surprise, it was all there even though we never got a phone call, text, or email telling us that. I asked the person who fetched the items why they don?t answer calls from the national customer support. The person responded with a very honest answer, ?they don?t give us the budget to have someone take the calls, we have to be out on the floor at all times.?To be clear, what we experienced is in no way related to good customer service, not even a distant cousin. Surely, everything that goes onto the truck is scanned, and I would assume, scanned as it comes off at the store. Why doesn?t the national customer service have tracking abilities? Can you say AMAZON!We need to buy a dryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, two tower ovens, a hob, and numerous small appliances. This is business Curry?s will not be getting.

We bought a fridge from this store and ordered fast delivery. The delivered fridge had a huge dent. Their online support refused to help and we were unable to contact them by phone either. The only way to resolve the issue was to return to the store. The fridge, delivered a day after our visit, had a large dent on the door. Only on the third attempt did they manage to deliver an item without visible damage.Despite the fact that the working fridge was delivered a week later, they still did not refund the fast delivery, telling that the money had already been refunded and included to the next delivery.If you value your time, choose another store.

The lady who served me today was rude. I asked her what?s the return policy and she just pointed at a sign behind her and asked me if I can read. If this was America it would be such a different and more pleasurable experience. Make sure you re-train your staff because you will get sued one day. Also it?s emotionally abusive that your policy states you can return only unopened products bought from the store. You?re communists

What a stupid system. Stopped on our way to Norwich Airport to buy a phone case. Found the case no problem, but it proved to be impossible to pay for it. Firstly we were completely ignored by 3 members of staff talking to each other. Then we were directed to thetill, where they would not take our money 'because it is a different company '.What??!!.When we found out where to pay there was a queue of people all waiting to talk to one person and the other staff standing around wouldn't take our payment, so we gave up. I wonder how much money Curry's is losing with this silly set-up.

I visited curry?s recently to make another purchase for our family home on their 0% finance offer. I am and have always been highly impressed with the customer service of Josh, who has processed all but 1 of my purchases over the last several years.Unfortunately on my latest visit a rather aggressive member of staff confronted Josh, and got right in his face (not very hygienic) this was in front of me and my family whilst Josh was trying to serve us. I felt quite alarmed by the way this member of staff who I believe is called Mark addressed his colleague.This was HIGHLY inappropriate. Please do consider how to treat your staff , especially when they have made over £5000 of sales to me absolutely painless .

It's true you can't buy knowledge and the women who served me knew here stuff answered my question with ease. I have bought a few items from this very store just because its very well run with tech experts everywhere willing to help.Top marks.
