Well firstly my partner would say nothing went right with his recent order from your Kings Lynn branch. After purchasing a leather arm chair in August this year, to match his 2 seater sofa also bought from you, which cost him over £700, he had to wait almost 10wks for it to be manufactured & delivered, even though in person we were both told between 7-8weeks! So we were NOT happy about that! Furthermore when it finally arrived the wooden feet on it were the wrong colour and didn't not match the same sofa he already had & previously from your shop! Again he was told it would take a further 10 weeks to reorder and receive the correct feet for this arm chair. After making a complaint about the delays and all the inconveniences etc, he was offered a £75 refund which it now seems he has to wait months for (probably another 10 weeks?)! This is hideous and we are NOT happy that you take his money then have him waiting nearly 3months for one single arm chair, which didn't even arrive on time as per the orginal order?. Your customer service is very POOR and my partner will NOT be buying any further furniture from your department!And oh, he was told he couldn't have his refund until he had his arm chair delivered and balance paid for which he did on the day of delivery but still hasnt been refunded when it was purchased back in August!!!!? Consumers beware if you decide to use this company, as you might be kept waiting for a VERY long time to receive your goods in all areas!!!!!

Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. From customer service to getting the sofa was awful and probably the most stressful experience I?ve had. I could honestly type paragraphs about how awful DFS was to buy from and I how I would tell everyone to not buy from them!? Delivery date moved serval times? Miss sold a product? Several ?managers? that didn?t know what they was doing? Damaged to my property? Damaged sofa? Communication none existent? Lied to? Quality of the sofa was bad? Constantly having to chase themthe list goes on?Will never shop at DFS again. 10 months of stress and upset.

This company really doesn?t deserve one star. I will never shop with DFS ever again. Customer service is a complete joke you may as well be talking to a wall. Why does everything have to be hard work just to send a sofa back for a refund. Specially when they have sent out the wrong size sofa and they don?t believe you and need more evidence. ?

I'm leaving bad feedback here as I can't find anywhere else to write it. I was warned not to go too dfs by friends but thought it would be ok. Delivery was 12 weeks! And made in China. The whole sofa is not leather and definitely isn't like the one I sat on in the shop. The back is too far back in an up right position so you need 2 extra large cushions which then makes you feel you are being pushed off the sofa and has caused the foam to shift inside the seat. Its the most uncomfortable sofa ever. I can't even sit there long enough to watch a filmThe electric broke with in 2 years so it could no longer recline and it took them 9 months to fix. I was lied too saying the part was made in Spain then the middle east. They were still making that design so the part was still available. A man rang me saying over half the country has sofas from dfs.....and how many are happy I said?Its only 4 years old and I can't wait to get rid of it. I will never touch dfs again

If I could give them 0 stars I would!The service I have received has been absolutely appalling...Couch arrived damaged, which we reported on the day of delivery. Took a week or longer for them to acknowledge the issue. Then another month for someone to come round with the part to fix it. When they did come out the part wasn't the right colour. No further contact until I got in touch with them.Requested a refund and was told the best they could do was to get the local service branch in Norwich to give me a call back in 72hrs.Order placed 11th May. Couch still damaged on 3rd August and no idea when it will be fixed. Absolute shambles! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely the worst customer service.They give days of delivery and then call you and change it.We have ordered 2 items almost 2 months ago and they have no idea when the second item is going to be available for delivery.

Nice, spacious showroom with just the right amount of attentive staff to be sure that you can find a member of staff to speak to without feeling too pushy. Plenty of parking outside, plenty of credit on offer (where available) and hot drinks to seal the deal.Ever so slightly ambiguous pricing, but pleased with the product and the purchase.

Please to all out there do not buy from this company when you get the wrong sofa delivered and you have to send it back you have to wait weeks for your money back.I paid by bankers draft which they received at once but they say due to workload you have to wait for your money back.After 5 phone calls I am now seeking advice on this.
