    Took two large packages to their service center main office since I do not have a scale but they would not accept the packages, do not have a way for customers to weigh and ship packages. Crazy way to do business.

    Rubbish, on the first day, delivered 1/2hr before time slot so I wasn't home, and I took time off work to collect for no reason. Second day they delivered 3hrs before the time slot, luckily I was home to pick tools up for work!
