I've had nothing but a positive experience dealing with Essential Oils Online.Firstly - their range of products is amazingly good. I had contacted other suppliers and they had low stock on some items, but Essential Oils Online had what I wanted when I wanted it - fab!Secondly - the order arrived earlier than expected so that was the cherry on top!I had some back and forth emails with their team before ordering and the responses were helpful and prompt.What has really amazed me though is the commitment to sustainability. All the packaging is either recycled and recyclable or biodegradable. It means so much to me that businesses I deal with are being thoughtful about the environment in such a comprehensive way.In a world of dodgy online companies I am happy to thoroughly recommend Essential Oils Online. I can't recommend Essential Oils online highly enough. I was lucky enough to be given some vouchers for Christmas and I bought some gorgeous books, crystals and incense from this lovely company. Everything arrived really quickly and I received warm, helpful and genuine customer service which made me feel valued as a customer. Cant wait to do more shopping and would definitely recommend this company.

I have used this company for a long time and am always happy with the excellent quality oils and the brilliant customer care. I once got sent the wrong item and as soon as I flagged it up, I was sent the correct item and invited to keep the wrong one. Joanna is easy to contact and the communication is always good. They are ACT members so you know they adhere to high standards. The products are sometimes a little pricey but they do offer a discount to aromatherapists which offsets this. I am very happy with them.

I purchased a small variety of oils , carriers and containers about 18 months ago. Not being sure of expiry time, I recently wrote to Essential and got a most helpful response.The products were all high quality, delivery was rapid, and with the added quality of top rate customer service, I will certainly return and continue to use them. The website is very helpful, too.

Very poor customer service. I bought a large 50ml bottle of lemon oil and when I came to use it, I found that a third had leaked out of the bottle, all over the storage basket and shelf it was on. The bottle was still sealed, safety seal unbroken.They weren't at all interested, I had a very snotty email back saying 'I?m sorry that the oil has leaked and hope you are able to get some use out of the remaining oil left in the bottle.'Horrendous. Avoid at all costs!
