Loved it!
First time there, the staff were super helpful in helping us order and collect our food, really nice baby seat (not the usual wooden ones you get) for our daughter to be seated.
Service was quick and food was second to none! Burger was out of this world and the chips!... Never had chips like this before! Maybe yeah it's pricey... As such, don't go in there expecting McDonald's prices but the quality and portion sizes explain that all away!
My fiance also had a milkshake and this was amazing too... Really thick! My daughter even had a little bit of it 😂
This was my first time ever trying five guys but 100% will not be me and my families last!
A Big Big thank you to all the staff in Norwich Five guys for making my families trip a really good day out!

This place does the most delicious burgers but it is incredibly expensive and couldn't afford to eat here very often. The milkshakes are sublime and on a hot day just what you need to cool down. The fried portions are so massive a small can feed two people easily. The staff are always happy and patient while deciding what you want. I will definitely be returning!

This is a more expensive alternative to fast food... But it's well worth the cost in our eyes, as it's delicious. Great for fussy eaters as you pick what toppings you actually want. Milkshakes are delicious and so are the fries. Staff friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dining in experience is pretty poor.. Think 80s McDonald's.. Cold, clinical, and a bit grim!

Good quality burgers and lots to choose from and also in there chips lots of different varieties on the menu.
Good quality beef and well made.
Reasonable price of the quality of food.
Lots of extras like bacon bits Ect.
There was only one issue why its not got 5 star rating from me.
And I did not complain as I collected my food, but I didn't find the place to be very clean as the other five guys iv visited over the years, the floor was sticky and bit dirty and the thing which bugged me, which I won't be going in again if this chef is working as they itched aera of there body and then made contact with raw meat without washing there hands or changing there gloves which I didn't like.
Apart from that it was a good burger and chips and good quality and flavoured meal.
Service was okay and quick.

Oh! The conflict one experiences in one's life. It's truly enough to make one question: why? Wherefore? Who? How?
Will I like girls? Boys? Or both?
Will I be successful and make my parents proud? Or will they sit weeping as they wonder: just what has happened to my little girl? Why is she working the streets?
And that is the utter magic of five guys. As you enter their doors, all these cares melt away as you realise that choice here is a figment of your imagination, a construct of people just looking to fill their hours on this here planet we call Planet Earth.
Interestingly, scientists have been working on it and have recently realised that the drink and burger options are literally infinite at five guys. So you would need to spend 8,947,243 years here to have tried everything.
Just stop and think about that for a minute. It really is something, isn't it?
