We popped in for lunch after a trip to the nearby cinema. They were very accommodating having booked online asking for somewhere to transfer out of my wheelchair and into a booth. This was done easily and there was room for my wheelchair to be parked nearby. I was really pleased with this. The food was good, we all ate and enjoyed what we ordered. There was a mix up with an online voucher I'd printed out, but the manager was happy to honour it and applied the discount. The staff were excellent, polite and helpful and spoke with our 5 year old making her day also.

I was very disappointed. We ordered 4 drinks. 2 cokes and 2 freak shakes. The coke was good but the freak shakes are £5.99 each. They had ran out of cookie and honey comb which they did not tell us about and ran out of chocolate ice cream which we were told about and we did not mind. The person at the bar started are shakes and went to do something else while they were mixing but then never came back so we were waiting for a very long time. The shakes were not worth £5.99. Do not buy one they are a total waste of money I would only pay £2 at the most for one. I am very disappointed.

Myself and my son both ordered steak. One medium to well done. And one rare. When they arrived the rare was a medium. And the med to well done was cremated. Score a 3 as they did remedy the situation

This place seems to have really slipped, my daughter loved going here, but the last two visits have been a shambles.
We spent nearly an hour waiting for food with no apology or explanation as to the delay. The starters were cold, so we just cancelled everything and left.
Please get this restaurant back to its former glory.

Lovely place and menu, food however not so. First visit hopefully just a one time experience, next time fingers crossed better.
