Incredibly helpful staff, professional and practical advice when needed, and very high quality products from premium suppliers. Sure, you can get cheaper at the likes of Toolstation and Screwfix - but when dealing with plumbing, surely it is better to use reliable quality products, rather than risk poorer quality potentially ruining your carpets and decoration?
