This company has successfully lost the item I returned. Collect plus website says House of Fraser received it but the House of Fraser don't believe them. They will not investigate until I give them the proof of postage receipt which I obviously binned once the item was delivered. This is an appalling company and would happily pay a bit more for an item from John Lewis or Amazon as at least you get good customer service. No surprise the company is in trouble. I have given it 1 star because I have to to be able to post the review. This review is not based on any actual store.

Lunch in Zest. Which was a sharing meal for 2. Staff lovely. Shopping clean and well organised. Great that the lift goes straight to car park too

Thank you so very much to Talia and Becky in womenswear...... they were amazing to myself and my daughter. It Was quite a stressful shopping trip for something specific. The time we spent in store with these sales assistants made it easy and swift. Can’t thank you enough. Excellent service! Excellent expertise and knowledge as well. Always smiling and courteous. Very pleased with our purchases!

Products over priced and unfriendly staff. Felt very uncomfortable in this store and very unwelcome. The only good thing to say is it is spacious, products are very neatly arranged and shop easy to get to as in city centre shopping mall. Would not go in there again

I have been to House Of Fraser on different occasions and have received great customer service. Great customer service makes or breaks an organisation. I am glad I can share about my positive experience with others.
