I would like to know why after countless e-mails to the management, nothing has been done about the hurrendous smell in the shop, i feel so sorry for the staff! but most of all its an insult to decent people !

Ladbrokes Dereham road need to calibrate their betting machines or get new ones cause the one they've got are rubbish...We dont go in there anymore, its hard work just to put a bet on.
